My review:
I agree with Dominic’s idea. I believe love is a mutual feeling, not a one way feeling. In this sense, what Benigno did for Alicia is not love and I personally cannot accept his ways. However, my rating for this movie is 4 stars, because I respect Almodovar’s talent: the plot is very unique and I could not take my eyes off every scene from the beginning to the end.
