Reminder before going to Nepal

  1. You need 2 photos, one for visa and one for trek permit)
  2. Bring US$
  3. 220 volt in Nepal and for socket, 2 round legs
  4. Trekking boots or comfortable shoes
  5. Down jacket, warm hat, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen and warm trousers. Water and wind proof is always good. If you don?t have, you can still buy them on the first day of arrival.
  6. Medical kit with Lomotil or Imodium.
  7. Travel insurance
